Hello there! Welcome to the Gitmarillion, a blog about Git but with a fantasy twist inspired by the most famous saga of all time: The Lord of the Rings! I'm Riccardo (aka TheZal), and I'm a huge fan of both Git and Tolkien, so I decided to combine my two passions in this blog. If you're new to Git, don’t worry—I’ll explain everything you need to know. If you're already an expert, I hope you'll enjoy reading my articles. And if you don’t know The Lord of the Rings, I highly recommend reading the books or watching the movies—they’re masterpieces of literature and cinema!
